Economic Empowerment

Every day in Aotearoa, small business owners use Meta to keep going, and keep growing. From staying open, even when doors are closed, to bringing new ideas to life, we’re here for businesses from all corners of Aotearoa, helping them make the most of their potential, and take it to the world.

Online Safety

We want Kiwis to have a safe and positive experience online, and to connect and share their ideas with the world. To make this a reality, we build tools, products and resources to equip young people and adults alike, with the skills they need to thrive online, and work in partnership with local NGOs to support the wellbeing of the community.

People come to Meta to connect with others around issues that are meaningful to them. This is often highlighted during tough times, when kiwi's use digital platforms to let their friends and family know they’re safe, to raise awareness of what's happening, and to help their communities recover.
